What makes Wingman X different from a truck bed tent?
Wingman X combines powered setup with two levels: an upper sleeping cabin and a lower space within your pickup bed. It is an integrated truck-bed system rather than a fabric tent you assemble with poles.
Is professional installation really included?
Yes. The current preorder offer includes professional installation at AT230 in La Habra, California. We schedule installation after the product arrives and truck fitment is confirmed. Shipping and work outside the standard product installation are quoted separately if needed.
Can I see a demo before buying?
Yes. AT230 has a PickupMate demo vehicle at the shop. Call (626) 323-9322 before visiting to confirm which model is on display and arrange a demonstration.
When will my Wingman X arrive?
This is a preorder. Contact AT230 for the current arrival estimate for your truck configuration before ordering. Installation is scheduled after arrival and fitment confirmation.
Will it fit my truck?
Current options cover Ford Ranger, Toyota Tacoma Gen 4, Jeep Gladiator, Ford F-150 5.5-ft, Toyota Tundra 5.5-ft, Ram 1500 listed at 5.7-ft, and GMC Sierra 1500 listed at 5.8-ft. Confirm your model year, actual bed measurements, brackets, and available payload with us. Other models need separate confirmation.
What about warranty and after-sale support?
Wingman X includes a 2-year warranty. AT230 helps with operation questions, service, and warranty coordination after installation. Ask our team for coverage details, exclusions, and any service charges outside warranty coverage.
Does the truck bed stay completely waterproof?
The connection to the truck bed is not fully sealed, so light water seepage can occur. Keep items that require complete waterproofing in suitable protective storage. Follow the manufacturer’s setup and weather-use instructions.
Can I arrange a deposit instead of paying the full price online?
Contact AT230 to arrange a deposit order directly. The standard online cart uses the displayed product price; it does not automatically reduce your payment to a deposit. Our team will confirm the payment schedule, arrival estimate, and cancellation terms before you pay.
