Optional Early Arrival
The AT230 crew will arrive Friday to set up camp for the weekend.
Registered attendees are welcome to arrive anytime between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

When you arrive: The AT230 team will guide you where to park. After parking, set up your own tent and camp setup.

Friday Food: Please bring and prepare your own food on Friday. AT230 will not provide food on Friday. You are welcome to eat together, gather with everyone and enjoy the evening with the group.

Campfire: If you would like to have a fire, please bring your own firewood. Campfires are allowed only if current campground and fire restrictions permit them.

Make your own food, relax, meet people and enjoy the day!

Important: Cell reception may be limited or unavailable near the campground. Please download the Google Maps area / offline map before your trip so you can still navigate if you lose reception.

SATURDAY — OCTOBER 17

Main Event Day

10:00 AM–12:00 PM — Arrival & Check-In

Arriving after 12:00 PM?
Park near the entrance gate without blocking access, then walk to our campsite and let the AT230 crew know you have arrived so we can open the gate for you.

12:00 PM — Welcome Announcement

12:30 PM — Free Time & Lunch
Prepare and enjoy your own lunch.

2:30 PM — Social Time, Family Games & Activities

6:00 PM — AT230 Camp Dinner
Bring a potluck dish to share if you like!

7:30 PM — Raffle & Giveaways

8:00–10:00 PM — Social Time

10:00 PM — Quiet Hours

SUNDAY — OCTOBER 18

Morning Camp & Departure
Morning hangout and camp cleanup.
Bring your own breakfast and coffee.
11:00 AM — Check-Out & Departure
Please be packed up and ready to leave by 11:00 AM.

Dinner starts Saturday at 6:00 PM.
AT230 will provide the main Saturday dinner for registered attendees.

Potluck-style food is more than welcome!
Feel free to bring a side dish, dessert, snack or something you'd like to share.

You are also welcome to bring your own food, snacks and drinks.

Sunday breakfast and coffee are not provided. Please bring your own.

Bring your own water.
There is no water available at the campsite. Bring enough drinking water and water for cooking and washing.

Bring reusable dishes & utensils.
Please bring your own reusable plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Help us keep nature clean and reduce waste by avoiding single-use items.

Pack for cold nights.
Nighttime temperatures may drop to around 40°F (4°C). Bring warm layers and an extra blanket, just in case.

Shop before heading up the mountain.
There are no grocery stores within about a one-hour drive of the campsite. Pick up all food, drinks and supplies before heading up the mountain road.

Restrooms & food storage.
Public restrooms and bear boxes are available at the campground.
