We recommend first using your primary heating system to raise the room temperature to your desired level, and then using the Mark 3's heating mode to help maintain that temperature.

As with most air conditioners, during cooling operations, the front of the unit releases cold air while the rear expels warm air.

No. When using multiple batteries chained together, the next battery willautomatically take overwhen the first one is depleted. Therefore, you can sleep soundly without needing to swap batteries manually.

The Mark 3 battery is designed for over 1,000 full charge/discharge cycles at normal temperatures. After 1,000 cycles, it typically retains around 87% of its original capacity.
