A few things to know
Before you head out.
Do I need a battery?
No battery is needed when running the unit from a wall outlet with its included AC adapter. For portable use away from AC power, select a battery package. The Basic package does not include a battery.
How long does one battery last?
ZERO BREEZE lists approximately 2–3 hours in Rocket mode, 3–5 hours in Cool mode, and 5–7 hours in Sleep mode with one 1,022 Wh battery. These are estimates, not guaranteed runtimes. Temperature, humidity, insulation, and settings affect actual use.
Which venting kit should I choose?
Choose the tent kit for a compatible tent setup, the matching vehicle kit for a listed van, or a universal window kit where appropriate. Check the vehicle years and opening dimensions before ordering. Ducts and adapters are included with the AC; optional window and tent panels are selected separately.
What comes with the AC?
The Basic package includes the Mark 3 AC, AC power adapter, wireless remote, drainage pipe, ducts, duct adapters, and user manual. Batteries and venting kits depend on the package you select. See “In the Box” in the purchase section for the full list.
Will everything arrive together?
Window and tent venting kits ship separately from the air conditioner and battery and may arrive later. See the Important Shipping Notice in the purchase section for details.
